All sales are final. Once your customized product has been created according to your chosen design, colors, style, or inspiration, returns and refunds will not be accepted or approved.

We cannot resell customized handmade products, which is why we kindly ask you to carefully review and confirm your order details before placing your order.

Customized Products

Your order is made specifically according to your inspiration and choices. We put time, effort, and care into creating each piece and do our best to make it as close as possible to your requested design while maintaining our quality standards.

For this reason, change of mind, personal preference, or simply not liking the finished product does not qualify for a return or refund.
